How do I pay?

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives - no card needed.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days anywhere in the UAE.

Do you deliver to my emirate?

Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Will you contact me before delivery?

Yes. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch, and the courier calls you on the delivery day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Just reply to our confirmation message on WhatsApp.

What if I don't like the product?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
