7-day easy returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
• To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
• We will arrange collection from your address.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you give us.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care and beauty items (such as pore strips and skincare) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
